We accept items for exchange or return for full credit within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the wrong item was sent. Upon receipt of returned items, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Custom orders and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.

If your purchase was made at full price and the item is marked down within 7 days of receipt, we will honor requests for price adjustments, provided you have the original receipt.

A credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned or exchanged item, provided it is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the packing slip or a copy of the transaction with your return.

Return Shipping Instructions:
Please ship your return or exchange via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS (United States Postal Service). Retain the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund.

Return shipping charges and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, customers are responsible for any shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.

We will process your refund to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. A notification will be sent to your email address when the refund is applied. Please be aware that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
